Silvia Ciaperoni

Silvia Ciaperoni coordinates the European Cooperation Department and works for the promotion of educational, cultural, research, and training projects in European countries. She is an experienced trainer in non-formal education and in the management of EU-funded projects aiming at social inclusion.  Her skills also include financial and administrative management of EU-funded projects under different DGs and Programmes  (e.g. Daphne III, LLP, Erasmus+). She has a Master's degree in Political Sciences and Erasmus+ International relations. 

Ruta Grigaliunaite
Ruta Grigaliunaite is a Project Manager at CESIE.  She has experience in project coordination in the fields of youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, human rights, conflict transformation and community building programmes. She holds a BA in Cultural Management from Vilnius University (LT), an MA in Human Rights and Conflict Management from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (IT). 
Ruta has gained her qualifications while volunteering and working in diverse contexts in Georgia, Portugal, Cambodia. 
Moreover, she has experience as a researcher in conducting a research on refugees situation in Lithuania, as well as developing a methodology of Peace History that is a tool used for conflict transformation. Besides that, Ruta has designed and coordinated the International Music Festival "Street Music Day" aimed to build tolerance and equality that became an annual festival in Georgia.
