Celia Hadjichristodoulou
She is the Founder and General Manager of GrantXpert Consulting Ltd. She was the National Expert of Cyprus on the EU study “SME Performance Review Report” for 2012-2014. Also she was a final runner-up in the annual national awards “Cyprus Women Business Awards” and “InBusiness Young Entrepreneur Award” in 2013. She studied for a BSc in Accounting & Finance at the London School of Economics (LSE) in the UK and she continued her postgraduate studies (MPhil) in Management Studies at Cambridge University. In 2013 she has completed her PhD studies at the Management School of the University of Sheffield, examining “Stakeholder perceptions of M & A Human Success Factors: The case of Cyprus”. For her PhD studies she has obtained 100,000 EUR funding by the Cyprus Research Promotion Foundation. She is an expert consultant in European and nationally funded programmes for the past 9 years. Before creating her own company, she was the Head of the European Funding Programmes Unit of the European University Cyprus for 4 years. During this period, Celia has been involved in more than 30 European and nationally-funded projects and she has managed to build strong networks across EU. Celia has helped the EUC raise and manage over 3 mln EUR million in grants between 2005-2009. She is currently the project coordinator of “ICT ENTREPRENEUR” and the administrative coordinator of “SCIENT”. She was the coordinator of the EU project “YOUNG LEADERS”, (LLP-LdV-ToI 2012) which aimed to develop an innovative training package for European university graduates to develop and enhance their leadership skills in times of crisis. Moreover she was the Financial Manager Coordinator of BIOforLIFE (2012-2015), a 1.5 mln EUR project, funded under the LIFE+ Programme. Also Celia was involved as researcher in the funded project “Creativity in education”, which was implemented with the same EUC research team participating in SCIENT. The aim of this project was to develop a new handbook for University academics in order to be able to enhance their students’ creativity and innovation skills. She has developed close relationships with all public and private universities in Cyprus and this will assist in having access to all STEM Academics of the island. Also she has developed close links with the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), the Cyprus Employers’ and Industrialists’ Federation (OEB), the Cyprus Information Technology Association (CITEA) and this will assist in having direct access to a large number of companies during the needs’ analysis and pilot testing stages. She is also a well-known trainer/speaker on the topics of “Obtaining funding from EU and national programmes”, “Developing your employability and entrepreneurship skills” and “EU funding opportunities for young entrepreneurs”. 

Celia was involved in the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Energy, Industry, Commerce and Tourism that drafted the new funding schemes for 2014-2020 on “Entrepreneurial Innovation: Developing new products and services” and “Digital Entrepreneurship”. 

For the past 10 years, Celia has also been working as a part-time Lecturer in local universities. Currently she is Lecturer at Masters level at the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), teaching Professional and Career Development. 

Maria Kalli (BA, MSc)
Maria Kalli received her Master's Degree in educational psychology from Fordham University, New York, and her BA degree in sociology and general psychology from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Ms Kalli worked as an Assistant Project Manager of the "University- industry liaison office" project at the Open University of Cyprus (a project co-funded by the European Social Fund). Ms Kalli contributed to the establishment of cooperation between private entities and the Open University in supporting graduate students to connect with the Business sector and to enhance their employability skills. She had also been involved in writing an article regarding the importance of a Liaison office which was published in EADTU Congress (2012). Also, for seven years, Ms Kalli has been involved as a researcher in social and educational research programs. During her work as a researcher she worked on European projects regarding the coordination and the implementation of the programs. The research areas which were addressed were the development of children's research skills, youth engagement in social change by ensuring and enhancing their rights to participation and decision making processes. 
Stephanie Apserou
Stephanie Apserou obtained a Bachelor in Greek Literature and a Master degree in Medieval and Modern Greek Literature from the University of Ioannina. Since January 2012 she is a doctoral candidate at the University of Ioannina.
During her postgraduate studies she participated in the Erasmus Student Placement Programme where she had the opportunity to participate in workshops and trainings organized at King's College of London, Centre of Hellenic Studies - Department of Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies and also to work in various research projects organized by the King's College - London in collaboration with the Department of Digital Humanities of the college.

Since September 2012, Ms. Stephanie Apserou is working at GrantXpert Consulting Ltd as Research Associate for European and national funded programmes. More specifically, she is involved in funded projects that relate to the subject of new educational methodologies for the development of creative and innovative skills to students. She is participating in research projects regarding the development of entrepreneurial and employability skills to youth and females. Additionally, she is involved in organizing seminars on behalf of the GrantXpert Consulting which are aimed at young people, unemployed people and young entrepreneurs.
